When I attempted to download this I got a message that said

Click "download file" and save it to your desktop,

Close out of GCN, then install the new version......and you're there.

You will have to click Option, Edit Screen Name List, and enter your current persona.

You will also have to re-enter everyone in your contact list as well.

After clicking regular download the following page may tell you that your account needs to be reactivated, enter the four digit number provided in the middle of the page into the box and then it should allow you to download the file without directing you to pay for anything.
